How can I register for ISDC® 2019?
You can register online by filling out this form here (event now closed).
How much is registration for ISDC® 2019?
We have both full conference and daily rates available.
For details see the Registration Page (event now closed).
You can also register onsite starting on Wednesday, June 5, but it will be more expensive (and some meal events and tours may be sold out at that time).
Meals:
When can I sign up for meals and do you offer Kosher or vegetarian dishes?
Every effort will be made to accommodate the following: Kosher, vegetarian, vegan, and allergy-free meal requests. However, we cannot guarantee that all situations can be accommodated. There are no refunds for meals and no substitutions after the meal ordering cut-off date (anticipated to be the morning of June 3, 2019).

There is a vegetarian option for each meal event.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the Kosher, vegan, and allergy-free meal requests.
However, we cannot guarantee that all situations can be accommodated.
Registration, Payment, Cancellations:
What forms of payment can I use to register for ISDC® 2019?
The following payment methods are accepted:
Online Registration: VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express via PayPal or cash (no checks).
By Mail: Bank checks, certified checks, and money orders drawn on U.S. banks. Please use certified or registered mail when mailing your payment.
Will I receive my badge prior to ISDC® 2019?
No, all pre-registered attendees can pick up their badges at the Registration Desk on-site at the hotel during regular conference operation hours.
What do I need to prove that I have already registered?
An email confirmation will be sent upon completing the registration process. Save this email and/or print it. This will be shown to the Registration Desk.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email, mail, phone or fax. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for processing.
Before May 13: Full refund
Between May 13 and May 30: 50% refund (partial)
After May 30: No refund.
When and where does registration open onsite?
Registration will open at the Sheraton Pentagon City Hotel at 8:00 am on Thursday, June 6. Pre-registered guests will be able to pick up their badges and registration materials on Wednesday evening if they arrive early.

Is ISDC® 2019 accepting abstracts and requests to present?
Yes. Please fill out the ISDC® 2019 Call for Abstracts Form (event now closed). The deadline for submission is now March 31, 2019.
Is ISDC® 2019 accepting volunteers?
Yes, of course! We would be happy to have you join us. Please fill out the ISDC® 2019 Volunteer Form (event now closed) and you will be contacted by our Volunteer Coordinator.
